Extra-judicial group of former militants shoots dead seven civilians | KashmirUnheard

The militants, known as Ikhwanis, barged into the homes of seven civilians during the evening and shot the family dead on 5th October 1996. The family has filed a case before the High court of Jammu and Kashmir to reopen the investigations. Notice has been has been issued in May to main accused Abdul Rashid Parray, an Ikhwani, and police have been ordered to provide the protection to the family of victims. The families speak out.
