Here is a shocking video of a Jammu and Kashmir Policeman stealing CFL bulbs. The video is going viral on social media sites like Facebook. The cop, who looks visibly nervous, after getting down from his two-wheeler steals not one but two CFL bulbs. While the cop is busy, his cheap act is caught on the CCTV.
The cop is believed to be of a sub inspector rank and place of theft is opposite Nanak Nagar Guruduwara. The footage is dated 12th of September 2015 and the timing is around 2 in the middle of night.
