Authorities erect a structure for Health Centre in Baramulla only to Abandon it Afterwards

A two room building was constructed by the government some three years back in Chichama village of Baramulla district. People were told that a Health Centre will be set up in the constructed structure but instantly after the completion, the building was abandoned and nobody ever turned up to have a look as to what purpose this particular structure was serving. Locals have started using its rooms for teaching Quran to the kids of the area now as the rooms were lying vacant. Mir Yaseen reports
