‘for the benefit of the public it would be great if meters are installed on these auto-rickshaws, these auto drivers charge as per their will’ says a commuter. Auto Rickshaws are often considered to be the fastest means of commuting in the Srinagar. But, these auto rickshaws ply without fare meters and common people are over charged most of the times. Nadiya Shafi talks to some commuters, this has been a long pending demand of passengers that meters shall be installed on Autos so that they are not overcharged.
