Pulwama Boys Created a Cheap Model to Generate Electricity

Suhail Ahmad Parray, a student and Sameer Ahmad Najar, a plumber by profession of Padgampora, Awantipora, Pulwama, both in their teens have successfully generated electricity, equal to 7 electric lamps from indigenous turbine. They have spent INR 10,000 to develop this model and it takes them 2 months to complete it. They need government support to promote it. These boys from this rural area created a cheap model to generate electricity.

“This idea came into our mind when we saw a poor family having dinner under the light of burning firewood. We decided to help them by creating a cheap model to generate electricity”, says Sameer Ahmad
