Ab Gani Mugloo a govt employee in food and supplies department died while he was on duty in 1988 and since then his wife and son have been struggling to get the benefits which they deserve under SRO 43/211 of J&K Govt. According to this SRO, a compassionate appointment should be provided to the legal heir within a period of one year and also pension should be provided to the wife of the deceased. Although his wife is getting the monthly pension but they have not been provided the compassionate appointment to date.
