Like many other towns of Kashmir, the administration has failed to provide a permanent garbage dumping facility in Sopore tehsil which has disgusted the locals and made it hard for them to move around as most of the main town market area is filled with rubbish and solid waste. Municipal Council is doing nothing to address the problem. Sadaf Khursheed reports from Sopore.
