The district hospital of Budgam has only two washrooms which haven’t been cleaned since years. The condition is so worse that it becomes much more difficult to even pass by these. This particular hospital has to cope up with the huge rush of not only Budgam town but thousands of patients from adjacent towns and villages converge at this particular medical facility for treatment. The two toilets of the hospital are being used by the ladies and gents alike. Rafiqa Bano reports
