The floods in 2014 not only caused the severe damage to houses of these Kawapora residents but also took away every source of income from these poor inhabitants. Paddy fields, orchards, and the businesses suffered losses in millions but the government provided relief cheques of few hundred rupees only. The affected people ask only one question, where did the crores of money vanish which was provided by the central government. Aneesa Hamid reports from Bandipora.
