Shafqat (Name Changed) is a 23 Year old youth from Central Kashmir. He is suffering from HIV since last 2 years. Shafqat was suffering from Hemophilia for some time and blood transfusion was being done at a local Govt Medical college. The infected blood was transferred into his body during transfusion and he was declared HIV positive later. Shafqat (name changed ) believes that all this happened because of the negligence of medical staff of the Hospital.
