Ramban town with a population of 3596 souls is one of the 22 districts of Jammu and Kashmir. The town is located in Chenab valley of Jammu division. The town lacks the facility of urinals and toilets, there are a few toilets in the town which have become unusable as they are untidy.On one side Govt of India is spending crores of Rupees but on other side Ramban district town is lacking proper sanitation and cleanliness as the municipal authorities hardly care for the garbage collection and cleaning of already installed toilets across the town. Hundreds of people on daily basis suffer badly.
