Village Kolebalafat, Dessian in district Samba having population of 50 persons is yet to electrify. Whole population of this hamlet lives Below Poverty Line and cannot arrange others means of lighting system. School going children are most sufferers as they have to study under the light of wood fire. Shiv our CC has brough this issue in notice of administration and has been ensured that the case will be considered and people will be provided electricity soon.
