Insha Khawaja, a 20 year old girl, an engineering student hailing from South Kashmiri’s Bijbihara township of Anantnag has already penned her first book, ‘Finding the Lost You’. The non-fiction book authored by Insha conveys a general message of inspiration to those who are suffering from depression and anxiety.
Insha and her father Muhammad Ashraf Khawaja met with a road accident when she was only 10 year old. While she had a miraculous escape, her father could not survive, leaving her depressed and dependent on medication. When Insha battled depression, writing came to her rescue in tough times.
“Writing came to my rescue in tough times. I have been writing a diary since a young age. While I was battling depression, I took it more seriously,” said Insha.
