For Years, this Kashmir Village Has Been Struggling for a Proper Bridge for Connectivity

Chaklipora village residents have been going from pillar to post to get a local bridge constructed. A population of more than 1000 people has left no stone unturned to get their demand fulfilled but to no avail. In the previous year alone, two children slipped from the existing temporary wooden bridge and died. The Roads and Buildings Kashmir department is asked to look into this matter and resolve the issue so that people don’t face struggles on daily basis.
