Timber Smuggling and Cutting of Pine forests on Peak in Ganderbal

There has been an unprecedented increase in the cutting of trees across the Ganderbal district during the last few months. The forest has been severely damaged by the timber smugglers and the authorities are in slumber. talking to our CC, the divisional forest officer of Ganderbal said that they are trying best to curb the smuggling and falling trees.
