Domestic Violence: Married for 11 Years, Dilshada Was Found Dead

Dilshada was married to Farooq Ahmad Khan of Kukroosa for 11 years. Dilshada’s maternal family claimed Dilshada was the victim of Domestic Violence and was not willing to file a complaint against her husband under law. On 13th of July she was found dead inside her room in Kukroosa and her parental family from Pachkoot alleges she was killed by her husband. In this connection police has initiated an investigation and a case has been registered in Police Station Vilgam Under Section 306 of IPC.
