Altaf Ahmad Zargar was returning to his home village Aglar on 19 June 2017 from Pulwama. At Drabgam village Govt forces had laid seige against militants in this village and Altaf was hit by bullets – He was shifted to SMHS hospital where he had been given treatment. Doctor had advised him to take complete rest for 2 years for speedy recovery. His family is living a hard life as he was the lone bread earner of his family. Altaf lives with his old age parents, his pregnant wife and 3 year old daughter. An FIR has already been lodged in the police station. As per Forces Altaf was hit by bullet which happened during cross firing of both parties. Altaf needs a surgery and needs money for the same.
