Wazul Kulnar, also known Wazul Kulnaad a remote village in Tral of Pulwama District lacks all basic facilities like water, road, school and electricity. The village is about 15 kms from Tral town but due to govt negligence the village with around 30 households is still without basic facilities. People also have travel 4 Kms to get ration from village ration depot.
According to the villager residents, they have approached the district administration but to no avail. They have been visiting government offices for last 10 years.
