Suhail Ahmad Khan, a 28-year-old deaf and dumb young man from Nowora Pulwama is a multi-talented artist. An architectural designer, painter, sculptor, and sketch artist is an inspiration for all. Having designed a few local hotels, created several artefacts in the previous years, he feels government has not provided any schemes to support artists like him.
