District hospital in Baramulla, which is considered as the largest hospital in North Kashmir, is scarce of doctors, paramedics, and other requisite staff. There is a shortage of proper equipment too. The hospital was upgraded from 50 bedded to 100 bedded but the staff is the same, technically insufficient for the upgraded one. Mir Yaseen reports from Baramulla
