In Pethkoot village of Budgam district, Indian Army fired upon and killed three young boys without any reason. Among the dead was Ali Mohammad Mir, who was 18 years of age at that time. The house belonging to Mir family was too destroyed in the firing and no compensation has been provided to the victims till date. Family narrates the tale of his killing. Rafiqa Bano reports
