Farmers in a village of North Kashmir for the first time used the mixture of scientific and organic techniques with the help of Indo Global Social Service Society, an NGO, for better crop yields. After the success of this pilot project, other farmers who previously were sceptical about this process of cultivation have decided to follow the suit.
