Written by Shafat

Tehsil Sher Pathri area of central district Ganderbal in Kashmir comprises of three villages, Harend, Gund Rehman and Tehlipora localities, the roads of which are in shambles since these were built way back in 2002. It seems the Roads and Buildings department has forgotten this road putting the inhabitants, who commute through this route, to severe inconvenience. Afroza Mahed reports
