The health centre in Krusan village of Lolab Kupwara lies occupied under army since last more than a decade. Currently, the health centre is operating from a rented accommodation which is an old space with a couple of dingy rooms. The army has occupied the building, built for this particular health centre, since last 15 years now. It is directly affecting some 4000 inhabitants of surrounding villages. Pir Azhar reports
