The administration of district hospital Budgam was compelled to get the washrooms cleaned after our correspondent reported and highlighted the issue. The unclean toilets in this hospital had made patients and attendants to suffer all these years as the lavatories were never cleaned despite having an adequate staff available for the purpose. The medical superintendent was made aware of the issue who ordered the concerned staff to get the toilets cleaned instantly making them usable again. Rafiqa Bano reports from Budgam.
