This School located in Habak area of Srinagar was burnt in November during mysterious circumstances. The fire engulfed 4 more houses and turned them into ashes. Property worth lacs was damaged during this fire incident. pertinently, more than 30 school building were burnt by ‘unknown’ people across the valley during the 2016 mass uprising.
“When the firemen arrived , there was nothing left”, says a local resident.
So far no one has claimed responsibility for the arson and the police refusing to reveal details of their investigation, understanding who may be behind the attacks has been left to speculations.
J&K Police has claimed of arresting various people who have been found involved in this arson
