Kanispora village located in Baramula district of J&K has been without electricity supply from last three months. The local Sikh community feels they are deliberately being neglected by the Power Development Department.
As per locals the electricity transformer would often breakdown and was not fixed by the Power department. The village has a population of 1000 which is supplied electricity from this transformer.
