Ward number 3 of Dungus Poonch remains away from the attention of the local authorities. The locals of this particular ward have been left over, streets, lanes and drains reflect a shabby look in this beautiful area of Jammu and Kashmir. the dirty water has accumulated at several places which brings not only foul smell but look ugly as well. Locals have been visiting the authorities to look into the matter, but nothing has changed yet. “People remain hopeless even after the seventy years of independence, we are being thrown into dark ages by the administration,” says Imran a local.
