Kupwara Village Without Electricity since August 5, 2019 – The Day India Revoked Special Status

A population of 300 people of Dardben Hamlet of Sever Village, located in Kupwara has been in darkness since the day India abrogated the special status of the Jammu and Kashmir region. According to the locals, the bills are served every month despite the absence of electricity. Electricity wire is lying hanging and poles are broken. People wait for the day of development.
