Meet Rabiya – A Mute Artists Drawing Magical Art

Rabiya Salaria showed her interest in painting when she was in 2nd standard but being deaf and dumb it was not easy for her to pursue this art as a passion. Her parents supported her in every moment of life and got her admitted in Samaj Kalyan Kendra Jammu after being expelled from many schools as she is not like other students. After so much struggle she finally got enrolled in Institute of Music and Fine Arts Jammu after completing her 12th.
