A School in South Kashmir Being Operated in Rundown Condition

Two schools are operating from a run down structure in Poru Kalnag village located in Kokernag area of Anantnag district. The structure in which the two schools are housed in is on the verge of collapse as the building is decades old while it has damaged roofing. This building is insufficient for eleven classes as only five rooms are usable while most of the classes are conducted in gable under damaged roofing from which rain water seeps in.
