This Village in Shopian is Forgotten by the Administration – Lacks Basic Facilities

The road connecting Shopian with Pulwama via Matipora/Butmurren Wanpora is in the worst condition. Apart from roads, the said villages faces acute water shortages and frequent power cuts. The villagers are facing these issues for a long time. Villagers have requested the govt for macadamisation of the road many times but to no avail. After the abrogation of article 370 villagers were expecting development but nothing good has happened so far. Population of more than 10,000 is affected.
