Mohamad Yousuf Chakaan, a resident of Nowgam Bandipora was killed in a cross firing incident between Indian forces and the militants in 1991, during the peak of Armed rebellion in Indian Controlled Kashmir against Indian State. He left behind three small kids, all grown ups now, and his wife.
