This Disappeared Kashmiri Man was finally found, But Dead

On 7th September 2003, Manzoor Ahmad Mir was picked up by the army’s 22 RR battalion from his residence in Delina Baramulla disappearing him subsequently. After three years, on 6th of July, his dead body was accidently found at a nearby construction site from where he was later on exhumed. Mir Yaseen reports
