Azad Hussain Thoker, was killed in July at Purso Nihama Kulgam on 9th July 2016 by Indian Security forces during an anti India protest demonstration which took place in the aftermath of Burhan Wani’s killing on July 8 2016.
“He was working outside Kashmir and had come to visit family after a gap of 14 months. He was a hard worker,” says Jabeena, Azad’s Wife.
“He had 90% chances of survival after hit by bullets as per Doctors of Kulgam hospital but the troopers attacked the ambulance that was carrying him and put rods at the place where bullet had hit him which worsened his condition.” added his son, Abbas Hussain.
