After Being Chased By Forces, Arshid Became Handicapped for His Life – Now Runs a Carpentry Studio

Arshid Ahmad Wani, a physically challenged person from Litter Pulwama has started a small carpentary unit at his native village. During the unrest of 2016, he was chased by the security forces and he fell from his house thereby damaging his lower limbs and spinal cord, since then he is on a wheelchair and in 2019 he started the unit along with three other friends. Although he lost his limbs, but he didn’t lose hope and today he has become an inspiration to all of us. Tu run his studio he uses a diesel run electricity generator which is expensive. According to Arshid, he approached the local electricity department for the connection but to no avail
