Art Gives Hopes to this Disabled Young man of Kashmir

Mohammad Jibran from Pulwama has been making miniature sculptures since 2015. He has an avid interest in calligraphy and has made numerous works of art. Jibran has made over 200 sculptures within a period of 5 years. He works from his room despite facing numerous difficulties regarding the availability of materials. However, he enjoys the full support of his family and close friends. The young boy says that he dreams of making prosthetics one day. Prosthetics that will enable people like him to walk again. He also uploads his content on his YouTube channel ‘Jibran & Art’. He complains that restricted internet speed doesn’t allow him to benefit from social media platforms. His dream project is to make an extensive miniature model of Holy Mecca, the holiest city in the Muslim World. An accident in 2015 left Jibran paralysed from the waist down.
