There is a place in Kupwara of Kashmir that has spots named after the characters from Valmiki’s Ramayan. Our Community Corespondent went to this historical yet undiscovered Sita Sari, religious tourist spot at Farkin and bring out this unheard story.

Farkin, a village in Kupwara is 25 kms away form district headquarters. The hills in the village is known as Raja Ram ki Ladi and there is a spring at Farkin known as Sita Sari. As per locals the place and spring got these names when Raja Ram and Sita had exiled to these forest for fourteen years.
